I joined this project to help streamline the user journey and prove how IBM Security Solutions Hub can guide and motivate users to engage with relevant IBM solutions and/or expertise.

This interim hub page should serve a way to find relevant solutions relating to users’ needs while addressing users’ pain points and a clear typology in IBM’s security solutions. As an interim hub, both IBM’s old and new design systems currently live together. The four featured headlines representing solutions play an important role on the hub page.

These four different solutions; Strategy and Risk Management, Threat Management, Digital Trust, and Cloud Security plus the 12 different products under each of those solutions help users access a specific solution immediately while giving them a larger picture of the IBM Security Solutions Hub ecosystem.

The wireframe transformations and the interaction queries below reveal how redesigning the Security Solutions Hub page aimed to reflect the new strategic framework for 2020 in order to drive engagement with the four Security Solutions and provide a gateway to the individual solutions pages.
